This 1,500 square-foot building is a cozy, great space for small corporate events, rehearsal dinners, or parties of 70 or less. As the name suggests, the walls are crafted of large boulders, that pair beautifully with the stained pine wood ceilings. The two french doors can open to the porch which is covered with a wooden pergola and edisto lighting.
Don’t forget to enjoy an outside/inside audio system, projector screen, and single-person restroom!
An original part of the property, this historic barn has undergone careful renovation & maintenance to keep its original charm. Coated inside & out with pine treated wooden planks, high ceilings, and stained concrete floors this space is absolutely gorgeous. The front of the barn holds three doors, the largest in the middle that can be opened or closed during your event. This space is really great for wedding ceremonies, fall events, school events, or Christmas parties! Truly one-of-a-kind.
Truly a sight to be seen. This historic plantation was first built in the early 1850s, by Dr. Henry Mott & his wife. Since, the home has been added to, renovated, and occupied by three other families. However, much attention has been spent preserving the historic charm of the house. The Langtree house is not available to rent but is included in your wedding package as a retreat for the wedding party to get in. On your wedding day, the bridal party can use the house to have meals, do hair & make-up, and spend the day together. Making memories on your big day in our historical home with friends and family is an unforgettable way to spend your wedding day.
